I just found out that someone I know did professional runway modeling in LA and Chicago about 10 to 12 years ago, and I’m dying to see some pictures. Certainly there are some floating around online. But how do I find them? I mean, he isn’t well known or anything.

I’m considering modeling, but I don’t know anything when it comes to finding an agency. I did find one, but they say I have to pay them money to get started and that is the only time I’ll have to pay them. Another thing: I’ll be an independent contracter which means I will have to pay when I file taxes.
Are there any good deals for agencies? Have I found a good agency?
What do I need to know about agencies?
